18+ Raffle Giveaway Terms and Conditions*

1. Eligibility:

  • The giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees of UnVale, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
  • USA Only!

2. Entry Period:

  • The entry period for the giveaway begins on April, 12, 2024 and ends on April 26th 2024.

3. How to Enter:

  • To enter the giveaway, participants must favorite the character page using their own account associated with their email. You can gain one additional entry by posting your UnVale profile on Twitter, Instagram, or Tumblr.
  • Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

4. Prize:

  • The prize is the Xencelabs Pen Display 24 ($1899 value) which will be sent to the winner via mail.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

5. Winner Selection:

  • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
  • The winner will be notified via email within 14 days after the giveaway ends.
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification, a new winner will be selected.

6. Publicity:

  • By entering the giveaway, participants grant UnVale the right to use their name and UnVale account for promotional purposes and to announce the winner without further compensation.

7. General Conditions:

  • UnVale reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or acts in a disruptive or inappropriate manner.
  • UnVale reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the giveaway if it cannot be conducted as planned due to reasons beyond its control.

8. Release and Limitation of Liability:

  • By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless UnVale from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize.

9. Governing Law:

  • The giveaway is governed by the laws of Delaware, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

10. Privacy:

  • Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the giveaway.

11. Sponsor:

  • The giveaway is sponsored by UnVale.
