Platform updates
- We released a new feature! So, did y’all like the OC Name Generator I teased last month?! I know there are some pretty silly names in there, but I also hope it can help to spark some creativity when you’re stuck. Believe it or not, you all have clicked the “Randomize” button 48,770 times since launch. Impressive. 🔥
- …and there’s another feature coming soon! Our next feature should be coming this month, and I really think it’s going to change where y’all’s time goes on the site. Unvale is centered around your amazing, original creations, but we all know what makes the platform the MOST special is, well, you! This new feature is pretty basic to start, but we hope it’s going to make it easier to make friends, share news, and find cool, collaboration opportunities. Stay tuned. 👀
- We’re still fixing page load times. I don’t have much to share here, but I’m just letting y’all know that we are still working to fix page load times and search. With this big site improvement, we’re going to be able to do SO MUCH cool stuff and unlock a lot of search functionality that’s been previously blocked. Thanks for your patience here! We’re doing it! Slowly! Surely!
- Community-powered QOTD questions. Thanks to everyone who submitted QOTD questions awhile back. We chose a few hundred questions, and they’ve been added to the QOTD queue, where the user who submitted the question will get credit. I’m not telling you what day the community questions will start to appear, but I can tell you it’s going to be THIS MONTH! You’ll know when they are live.
