OCA "Red" Carpet — #UVAwards
Started by nominee, Wasobs, on Unvale and beloved Discord moderator, Ponyo, in the Discord server; Unvale celebrated the Original Creations Awards with their own "red" carpet event. Users were invited to draw their OCs walking down the carpet in their best awards show attire. Check them out below!

Chat Shenanigans
Nearly 400 viewers attended the show, creating a fun and chaotic atmosphere in chat. However, with all the excitement came some unfortunate moderation by Nightbot — timing out several chatters for simply cheering and having fun! Fortunately, Cel and Xen were able to put Nightbot into its own timeout. This silly interaction lead to several users sharing their gripe in the form of art on Unvale. Here are some of them below!
Announced Winners
The first six categories had nominees that were selected based on backend data that staff were able to review — keeping the selection fair. These categories were created to showcase the amazing work that made Unvale special. Voters were asked to select 1 out of 5 of the preselected nominees (per category) to award.

The next 5 categories were write-in based, meaning that anyone could be nominated and win! Categories, such as Silliest Bean, were made to highlight the type of creators who brought positive and fun vibes to the platform. Out of over 900 votes, each category had an average of 400 unique nominations — meaning that there were at least 400 people nominated per category! While many nominations tied, there were distinct winners who had several votes.
In the last few moments, Cel revealed an exclusive secret category that was only available to our Superstars; the MEGA Superstar. Superstars are folks who are recognized for being a star quality user — being active, welcoming and kind. The Mega Superstar category is THE Superstar that all Superstars strive to be.
