Changelog: Image Quality Improvements

We improved image quality! We know this has been a concern for a while, so this is a big step forward for us. See examples below.

There should be a noticeable improvement to all character, world, and post images across Unvale. This effects new and old uploads!

NOTE: We are running a process that will retroactively improve all the images!! NO NEED TO RE-UPLOAD. This process may take 1-2 days. You should notice immediate improvements to new image uploads and very recent images already.

We also added new image formats! Mobile users rejoice as we now support HEIC, HEIF, and JXL.
